Hi and good morning,
Very nice write-up on the Kneading Conference. Sandy & I are looking forward to it too. I planted some of Eli’s heritage Red Lammas wheat and have an nice small patch that’s almost ready to harvest. Looks like some sprouted wheat bread is in my future.
