How To Use Your WonderMill Grain Mill
This video does a good job of demonstrating the use of the WonderMill grain mill. Towards the end of the video, the user shows how you can store the freshly milled flour right in the canister that comes with it.
What I want to point out is that the lid that fits over the canister also fits over the grain hopper (the top of the mill where you feed in the whole grains). This is important to know because the mill is a bit noisy and snapping this lid over the hopper while the grain is milling, greatly muffles the noise.
This second video demonstrates how to unclog your mill should that be necessary. I’ve been using my WonderMill frequently for about two years and never had it clog, but it can happen and it’s good to know how to fix it. Since this video was made, the WonderMill motor has been upgraded to a more powerfull one, so the probability of clogging is even less now.
If you prefer a grain mill that is silent and uses a slow stone mill grind, you might be interested in the hand operated WonderMill Junior.
