Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Sometimes it may take up to two business days to ship an order. If an unusual situation arises that prevents us from following the above parameters, we will contact you by email and/or phone.

Any customer information given to Breadtopia will be used exclusively to process customer orders and to communicate with said customers. Such customer information will not be distributed, sold, or released to any other entity.

Returns

Most items in new condition may be returned to Breadtopia for refund or exchange for a period of 30 days after purchase.

A few of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer who may have different return policies. So the best thing to do if you want to return something is simply email or call us and we’ll advise according the situation.

Refunds are less shipping costs. All returns must be given a return authorization code from Breadtopia. You may obtain an RA code by calling 1-800-469-7989 within the US or 1-641-469-6677 from anywhere or Email us.
