This bench scraper is ideal for home use, and for certain situations in a bakery. Such as scraping boards or your table top. Or for use with pastries such as scones, croissants, etc. Our bread dough at work is a lot stiffer than most, and I found it was a bit flimsy for what we needed. We still have plenty of uses for it though! I bought 4. 1 for home, I shared 1 with our pastry department, 1 is in regular table use, and the other is a backup. |
