Quality parchment sheets shouldn't be so hard to find - but I should have known Breadtopia would have exactly what I was looking for! These sheets are not rolled, not folded... they lay flat on the baking sheet, unlike the roll type. I won't mention the brand, but it starts with an R (eynolds) haha!
