| Ok I've broken in all my Breadtopia products and LOVE them. This bag is great but you want to be gentle on the lining as it's a poly that could, if you're not careful, tear with a hard crust. I used one of their flour sack cloths to wrap the bread in before putting it in this bag and it's wonderful. The crust is crispy, a little chewy, and the insides of the bread keep nice and soft. Just wrap your bread in something protective first to extend the life of this bag. | ||||
