This is the best yeast ever! Mixes easily into your dry ingredients. You don't need to disolve in water first. Makes a noticeable difference in the height of the rise, and shortens the rising time considerably. I keep this in my freezer in an airtight container. I'm currently using from some I purchashed 3 yrs. ago. Still works great! I also use it straight from the freezer. No need to bring it up to room temperature before using. It's the best yeast I've ever used. I highly recomend it. |

| there is a reason breadtopia only sells a single yeast. because this is the STANDARD. if you are feel like rolling the dice, go ahead and buy some yeast from your local grocery store. it will.....probably work. id put money on this working 100% of the time even if you were dumb enough to abuse it to some extent. after 'the bomb' all that will be left are cockroaches and my SAF yeast. enjoy the roaches, ill stick with bread. | ||||
