Manufactured right here in little ol' Iowa by Rada Cutlery. The blade is constructed of surgical quality T420 high carbon stainless steel with a precision, concave surface for maximum edge retention. The last step in the manufacturing process is hand sharpening to insure a razor sharp edge.

Select your choice of handle types: stainless steel resin (a mix of stainless steel and resin, the black handle pictured above), or brushed aluminum.

Just as you would expect from something made in Iowa, it's solid, built to last, works great, is a fantastic value and not half bad looking either!

Editor's Note: I've been aware of this knife for some time but assumed that for $10 it must be junk. Then I read a glowing review of the knife by someone in an internet bread forum I belong to and ordered one for myself. I was amazed at the quality and performance.
