Both the ThermoWorks and Maverick Three in One Timers offer the same features and functions. Only the styling (and pricing) varies between the two manufacturers.

When you're timing an 18 hour bread proof, you need a timer that will count down that far. This timer can be set to alert you up to 20 hours later.

It also times up to three tasks simultaneously. Each of the three timers can be set for a long (multi hour) countdown or as short as you want to go.
