How does it work?

Our rewards program is very simple. If you have an account here at Breadtopia, then as long as you are logged in to your account when you place an order, every dollar you spend (excluding shipping and taxes) in our online store earns you a point in our rewards program ($1 spent = 1 point earned). You can then use your accumulated points to earn discounts on your future orders from Breadtopia.

What happens if I place an order when I’m not logged into my account?

You don’t get points for that order.

How do I log in to my account?

From anywhere on the site, click on “MY ACCOUNT” (or the little head and shoulders icon) in the menu above. Or click here → login.

How do I get a Breadtopia account?

If you don’t already have one, you can click the “Create an account” button on this page. There is also a checkbox labeled “Create an account?” on our store checkout page, giving you an option to create an account any time you buy something from our online store.

Does it cost anything to participate?

Nope.

Are there other ways to earn points?

Yes indeed. You can earn 10 points for any review of a product you have purchased from our store (no more than 1 review per product and 5 total reviews a day).

What are points worth?

Each Breadtopia Rewards Point is worth a $.05 discount off the total of any order you choose to apply it to.

How do I use my points?

If you are logged into your account, on the checkout page of our online store, there is an option to apply your existing points for a discount off your current order. You can use as few or as many of your existing points as you like, subject to the program’s limits (see the fine print below).

Do my points expire?

Yes. Any points you earn will expire one calendar year from the date you earned them.

How do I keep track of how many points I have?

You can check the Rewards Page in your account dashboard on our website.

What happens to my points if I return an item or cancel an order?

Any points earned on a canceled or refunded order, or points earned on purchasing products that are later returned for a refund will be deducted from your points balance.

Can I give my points to friends or family members?

No. Breadtopia rewards points are non-transferable.

If I subscribe to the Breadtopia Newsletter is that the same as having an account that earns points?

No, and we’re glad you asked. Breadtopia Newsletter subscriptions are entirely separate from Breadtopia store accounts because we don’t assume that everyone who has an account on our store also wants to receive our newsletter. So if you want to participate in the rewards program you need to make sure that you have a store account and not just a newsletter subscription.

Where’s that fine print?

They say that the large print giveth and the small print taketh away. We hate that actually so we’ll try not to taketh away too much here (or make the font too small).

  1. When applying rewards points to an order, the maximum amount of points you can use is the amount that would create a discount equal to the value of the merchandise on the order. You cannot offset shipping or tax charges with rewards points.
  2. Points will only accrue for orders placed on or after 10/12/2021. There are no points available for purchases before the rewards program was started.
  3. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the rewards program if we think they are trying to abuse (“game”) the program.
  4. We reserve the right to change the terms of the rewards program at any time.
  5. We reserve the right to discontinue the rewards program at any time. In the event of discontinuation, new orders will stop accruing new points, but your existing points will remain valid and usable up until their normal (1 year) expiration date.
