NOTE: We are temporarily not allowed to call this product “certified organic”. Just prior to the COVID-19 crisis, Breadtopia moved to a new facility and now, due to health safety concerns, all organic certification inspections have been put on hold in our area. Our prior facility was certified organic and our new one will be as soon as inspections begin again. Until that time, know that we are still sourcing exactly the same certified organic grains from the same producers we always have, and we are packaging and milling with the same procedures we have always used. We just can’t call it “certified organic” until we can get our new facility inspected and certified.

Breadtopia’s Whole Wheat Spelt flour is, without a doubt, the best spelt flour I have ever used. Standard loaves of spelt bread, boules, Irish soda bread, and whole wheat honey scones have all been very successful. Consistently beautiful out of the oven and delicious! Absolutely love this flour!

At first I was not so sure about Spelt flour, but after making SD bread I knew I had been missing out
And get this, I was making a German Pancake or Dutch baby (ready for the AP flour) oops OUT
So I had the kitchen a bloody mess! And Spelt with a few adjustments to the recipe worked fine and tasted better Tah Boot~

This flour solved all my problems. I almost abandoned bread baking altogether. I was having problems with the spelt flour I was using and I had assumed that I just had no talent for this. Then, in desperation, I decided to buy some spelt flour from breadtopia and everything changed. The dough behaved just like it does in Eric’s video, and I started getting consistent results. This stuff makes great bread, and produces a consistent loaf. I produces the best tasting, truly whole-grain loaf I’ve ever had. Try it!
