NOTE: We are temporarily not allowed to call this product “certified organic”. Just prior to the COVID-19 crisis, Breadtopia moved to a new facility and now, due to health safety concerns, all organic certification inspections have been put on hold in our area. Our prior facility was certified organic and our new one will be as soon as inspections begin again. Until that time, know that we are still sourcing exactly the same certified organic grains from the same producers we always have, and we are packaging and milling with the same procedures we have always used. We just can’t call it “certified organic” until we can get our new facility inspected and certified.

Impressed with the packaging. Clean & strudy bag. This is my go-to nutritional flour for family pancakes. Carla Bartolucci’s Einkorn Pancake recipe is the best! Roxana Jullapat’s Einkorn cookies from Mother Grains is a favorite too. Very interested in trying out a bread recipe on Breadtopia using this grain.

I bought 3 pound sizes of a variety of stone ground flours, including the Einkorn ‘just to try’. Oh my. Love, love, love the flavor of this flour! My next order will include 10lbs. of Einkorn!

I first ordered this flour here because my usual Einkorn source was out. When it came i was a bit disappointed that it was whole grain. But we’ve gone through two 10 pound bags of this and I’m back ordering more. I still like the other brand for something but this is very hearty and tasty. It is also fresh. And the bag it comes it is very smart and keeps it fresh longer.

I just made the most amazing wild yeast English muffins with the einkorn. I can’t stand the taste of store bought bread now. Einkorn just tastes better. Thank for a great product!

I keep coming back to Breadtopia. I like that they keep the husk in the milling process. This gives it extra fiber(not sure how much)slowing down digestion, and extra weight. I use it to make pancakes, and cookies. I try to keep away from current wheat since its genetic make is way different than Einkorn. And the price is right.

You can’t go wrong with this flour – Started using this flour several month ago. Now it’s sold out where I usually get it and so want to try Kamult. My family is in revolt. They want nothing but einkorn. They love the taste, the energy they get and for me my eyes seem better. My eyes were losing integrity. Flashes of light, retina tear and so forth. Since I’ve been eating einkorn my vision is so much better. I think as a nation we Americans are nutritionally starved.

Einkorn Flour is delicious! The flour makes incredible bread as well as cookies or pancakes.
